RADIOACTIVE water has leaked inside a nuclear power plant in south-western Japan but did not escape into the environment, according to reports. Kyodo News agency said yesterday 1.6 tonnes of radioactive water leaked in a pump at Kyushu Electric Power Co's Genkai plant.
